Trendie Days Terms of Service

These Terms apply to purchases from and use of Trendie Days' website, products, customization services, and related services.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms presented for that transaction, including applicable product information, pricing, customization specifications, shipping terms, return policies, and other disclosed conditions.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Trendie Days may contact a customer to clarify:

Product specifications
Artwork
Personalization
Inventory
Production requirements
Shipping information
Pricing or listing errors
Other information necessary to complete the order

Trendie Days may decline or cancel an order when fulfillment is unavailable, unlawful, unsafe, affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, violates our content or production requirements, or otherwise cannot reasonably be completed.

Any refund required for an unfulfilled order will be handled according to applicable law.

Pricing & Payment

Prices and available options are displayed on the website or confirmed during the ordering process.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, and other charges collected through the online store will be presented during checkout as applicable.

For products created through a customization tool or custom-order process, the final price may depend upon the product, quantity, selected options, print locations, artwork, production method, materials, or other customization choices.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order specifications.

Once production begins on a custom, personalized, printed, engraved, altered, or made-to-order product, changes may no longer be possible.

Customer-requested changes after approval or production begins may require additional charges and additional production time.

A customer-requested or customer-approved specification is not considered a Trendie Days production error merely because the customer later changes their preference.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Content

Customers are responsible for the content and accuracy of artwork, photographs, wording, spelling, logos, designs, personalization information, and other materials they submit.

The quality of the finished product can be affected by the quality of the supplied file.

If Trendie Days identifies a known artwork problem and the customer directs us to proceed despite the warning, the disclosed limitation is not considered a Trendie Days production defect.

Intellectual Property & Authorization

By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, designs, characters, or other content for reproduction, the customer represents that they own the content or possess the permissions, licenses, or other legal authority necessary to use and reproduce it.

Submitting content authorizes Trendie Days to use that content as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, produce, and fulfill the customer's order.

The customer remains responsible for content they submit.

Trendie Days reserves the right to decline content or orders that we reasonably believe violate applicable law, third-party intellectual-property rights, or our service requirements.

Proofs & Approval

When Trendie Days provides a proof and requests approval, customers must carefully review the proof before approving production.

Approval authorizes Trendie Days to produce the order according to the approved proof, subject to reasonable production tolerances.

Customer-approved spelling, wording, layout, personalization, or other clearly visible details generally cannot later be treated as Trendie Days errors simply because the customer changes their preference.

Colors & Production Variation

Colors displayed electronically can vary depending on the customer's screen.

Printing, DTG production, engraving, laser work, fabric, wood, manufactured materials, and other production processes can also result in reasonable variation.

Exact screen-to-product color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Natural and reasonable production variation is not necessarily a defect.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless Trendie Days expressly confirms a specific commitment.

Rush or one-day service is available only when specifically confirmed for the particular order.

Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy and applicable law.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, custom-order limitations, customer-supplied artwork issues, defects, production errors, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Custom Order Policy together with applicable law.

Customer Communications & Records

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate contact and order information and for responding to requests reasonably necessary to complete their order.

Trendie Days may retain relevant business records including:

Transaction information
Order specifications
Customer-provided artwork
Proofs
Customer approvals
Communications
Production information
Pickup information
Fulfillment and shipping records

Records may be retained for legitimate operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, customer-service, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Fraud, Chargebacks & Misuse

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment use, intentional misrepresentation, manipulation of the ordering process, and unlawful attempts to obtain merchandise or refunds are prohibited.

When a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, Trendie Days may provide relevant transaction records, customer communications, specifications, approvals, fulfillment records, and other appropriate evidence to the payment processor, card issuer, financial institution, dispute-resolution provider, insurer, or other appropriate party.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from exercising lawful chargeback, consumer-protection, or other legal rights.

Product Use & Care

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following applicable care instructions.

Trendie Days is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper washing or care, unauthorized alteration, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
