Shipping & Pickup Policy

Trendie Days ships eligible orders from Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery options are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Free U.S. shipping may be offered when an order meets the qualifying threshold displayed by Trendie Days or at checkout. Current eligibility is determined by the offer and checkout conditions in effect when the order is placed.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

For custom products, production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Custom, personalized, printed, engraved, or made-to-order products may require production before they are ready to ship.

Production time can vary depending on:

Product type
Artwork readiness
Order quantity
Materials
Customization requirements
Customer approval when required
Current production capacity

An estimated turnaround time is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date unless Trendie Days specifically confirms a commitment for that order.

Rush & One-Day Service

Rush or one-day production may be available for certain products and local orders depending on current production capacity, materials, artwork readiness, quantity, and other requirements.

Shipping Time & Delays

When Trendie Days provides a shipping date or timeframe, we use a reasonable basis for that estimate.

If circumstances prevent us from shipping within a promised timeframe, we will handle the delay and available customer options in accordance with applicable law.

Carrier delivery estimates after shipment may change because of weather, transportation disruptions, peak-season volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside Trendie Days' reasonable control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an error, contact Trendie Days as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to change its destination.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Tracking & Carrier Delivery

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided for the shipment.

Carrier tracking scans, delivery dates, and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact Trendie Days promptly so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are determined during checkout.
