Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to recurring purchases, subscriptions, memberships, and other purchase options offered by Trendie Days, including the Trendie Days VIP Membership, when applicable.

Automatic Renewal

When a customer purchases an automatically renewing subscription or membership, the customer authorizes the recurring charges disclosed during checkout.

The applicable price, billing frequency, benefits, and other purchase details are presented before the customer completes the transaction.

The subscription or membership will continue to renew according to the disclosed billing schedule until it is canceled or otherwise ends.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel an active subscription or membership at any time using the subscription-management options available through their customer account, when available, or by contacting Trendie Days.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that was properly processed before the cancellation became effective.

Customers may cancel through the subscription-management tools available in their Trendie Days customer account when that functionality is available.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the applicable membership or subscription.

Effect of Cancellation

When a subscription or membership is canceled, future recurring billing associated with that subscription will stop in accordance with the applicable subscription system and cancellation timing.

Cancellation does not retroactively cancel products, services, benefits, rewards, discounts, or other value already provided before cancellation.

Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

VIP Membership Benefits

Trendie Days VIP Membership benefits are available only according to the terms of the applicable membership plan.

Membership benefits, discounts, rewards, promotional merchandise, redemption opportunities, and other benefits:

Have no cash value unless specifically stated otherwise
May not be exchanged for cash merely because the membership is canceled
May be limited to active members when the applicable offer states that active membership is required
Remain subject to any eligibility, redemption, quantity, expiration, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable benefit

Cancellation does not create a right to a cash payment for unused membership benefits except where required by applicable law.

Membership Merchandise & Fulfillment

When a VIP membership includes or makes a member eligible for physical merchandise, the fulfillment terms disclosed for that merchandise apply.

Eligible VIP merchandise may include free in-store pickup.

When shipping is offered instead of pickup, optional shipping is at the member's expense and will be quoted or disclosed before shipment, unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise.

Orders Separate From Membership

Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel a separate merchandise order that has already been placed.

Returns or refunds involving merchandise are governed by the Trendie Days Returns, Refunds & Custom Order Policy and the terms applicable to that order.

Changes to Memberships

Trendie Days may change membership benefits, features, or terms for future membership periods when permitted by applicable law.

When legally required, customers will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

Any changes to recurring prices or billing arrangements will be handled according to applicable law and the applicable payment or subscription platform requirements.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment fails or is declined, membership benefits may be suspended or otherwise affected according to the applicable subscription arrangement.

Trendie Days will not intentionally continue providing paid membership benefits indefinitely when the corresponding membership payment has not been successfully collected.

Fraud or Abuse

Trendie Days may take reasonable action concerning fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment use, intentional misuse of membership benefits, duplicate or improper reward redemption, or other abuse.

Nothing in this provision eliminates rights that customers have under applicable law.

Refunds

Cancellation of a subscription or membership and a request for a refund are separate matters.

A cancellation stops future recurring charges according to the applicable cancellation timing.

Refund requests involving a completed charge will be evaluated according to the applicable transaction terms, Trendie Days policies, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
